As a dietary supplement, take two capsules daily. For best results, take one serving in the morning and another serving 30-60 minutes prior to exercise approximately 4-6 hours later. Do not exceed recommended dose of Slimvance® per day. Do not combine with other products containing stimulant, such as caffeine. Do not take before bedtime.
